Terms and Conditions for Congress Bookings

Cancellation and refund of conference and exhibition fees:

• Registration fees are refundable, minus £ 135.00 administrative charge for cancellations received by

29 August 2008

• No refunds will be made after 29 August 2008 but you may substitute participants.
• Please ensure a booking form is filled out for substitutes and returned to CIRIA Events department.
• There will be NO REFUNDS for non attendance. Exhibition fees are refundable, minus £ 400.00 administrative charge for cancellations received by

29 August 2008

• No refunds will made after this date unless we are able to sell the cancelled exhibition space.
• Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
• Payments must be made in £ Pounds Sterling.
• Please note that all bank costs must be paid by your bank.
• Your registration as well as your payment will be confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form and receipt of fees.
